2. Send Your Videos
Email your videos directly to me.
3. Receive Assessment
A detailed analysis within 3-4 business days with specific drills or exercises to strengthen your form.
Who this is NOT for:
This is NOT for you if:
❌ You have recently had a running physical therapist video your form, because likely they'll be creating a personalized program for you already.
❌ You are in enough pain RIGHT NOW that you're "favoring" one side. This will not give a clear picture into what your usual form looks like.
❌ You are considering returning to run, but haven't officially begun a run/walk program.
