The Specialized Treatment of Running Injuries.

Running injuries are rarely caused by one single thing. That is why I take a whole-runner approach to injury recovery.

Every runner’s story is different, which is why your treatment begins with understanding you:

  • Your training history and mileage
  • Any past injuries or setbacks
  • Your current strength training routine
  • Your nutrition and recovery habits

Your treatment plan may include a combination of:

  • Running gait analysis to identify movement inefficiencies.
  • Strength and mobility assessment to target weaknesses.
  • Manual or hands on techniques to identify and correct muscle or joint impairments.
  • Dry Needling for effectively addressing the muscles involved.
  • Customized return-to-run and strength programming to bridge the gap between rehab and performance.

Cost

At RunWell Clinic, I want you to be aware of the investment before you walk in the door. I believe that our specific treatments for your goals and needs should be individualized, without the restrictions of insurance companies so you know that you are getting my highest quality care, every hour, no matter what.

I accept HSA or FSA payments. At your request, I will generate a Superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.
