The Specialized Treatment of Running Injuries.
Running injuries are rarely caused by one single thing and therefore they are never solved by only fixing your form or only treating the painful area. That is why I take a whole-runner approach to injury recovery.
Every runner’s story is different, which is why your treatment begins with understanding you:
- Your training history and mileage
- Any past injuries or setbacks
- Your current strength training routine
- Your nutrition and recovery habits
By looking at the full picture, we can uncover what’s really contributing to your pain and help you rebuild a foundation for healthy, sustainable running.
Your plan may include a combination of:
- Running gait analysis to identify movement inefficiencies
- Strength and mobility assessment to target weaknesses.
- Manual or hands on techniques to identify and correct muscle or joint impairments.
- Customized return-to-run and strength programming to bridge the gap between rehab and performance
This multi-pronged approach treats the whole system of biomechanics so you can train the most sustainable way possible.
