Get Back to Running Without Managing It All On Your Own.
A three month pathway designed for YOU by a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Run Coach.
Let's Talk About Your Running Today! The Return to Run Program
Now Accepting New Runners!
Â
So, How Does This Work?
We Meet on ZoomÂ
At least twice monthly we meet face-to-face (well, the virtual way). You'll show me your form with key exercises that prepare your body to run. Receive feedback on what you're doing well and guidance on how to improve.Â
Get Stronger!
If you've never lifted a dumbbell before, no worries, I'll meet you where you're at for strength training to prep for your runs. Experienced with lifting? Go you!! Let's build on that foundation and make you more resilient.
Remove the Guesswork Around RunningÂ
Your run plan is a focal point of this program. As a run coach I'll lead you, step by step, through what your runs should look like and how to progress through pain, frustration, and fear around running.Â
Get Your Form Checked
BONUS! As part of this program, we'll periodically check in with your running form. Get a friend to video you from the side and the back, send it in, get a full breakdown of your personal running mechanics.
Does This Sound Like You?
A long distance runner stuck in a cycle of frustration. Resigning yourself to the idea that running may never feel good again.
Finishers of this program used to feel...
-
Confused why rest hasn’t “fixed” their problemÂ
-
Anxious that every run could trigger pain
-
Overwhelmed with "The 5 Best Exercises for ____!" videos online
-
Wishing they could get back to races, long runs, or even a normal training routine
After 12 weeks, runners in this program typically:
• Have a clear, personalized plan they trust, not random exercises from Instagram
• Know exactly what to do when something flares up (instead of panicking and stopping)
• Are running consistently at a distance and pace that felt impossible 3 months ago
• Feel confident signing up for their next race because they have a system, not just hope
You do not have to figure this out alone. That is literally what I am here for.
On this call we will talk about where you're at with running, I will give you my honest assessment and we will figure out the best next step for you. Whether it's this program or something else.
Meet Your Running Guide:
As a Doctor of Physical Therapist and Run Coach specializing in helping runners return to run, I get it.Â
I have been a runner since I was 5 years old. I ran my first marathon at 16 and have completed 12 since then, plus a 72 mile ultramarathon.
I am not just a physical therapist who treats runners. I am a runner who became a physical therapist because I wanted to understand this sport from the inside out.
When you tell me about the frustration of being sidelined, I do not just understand clinically. I understand personally.

What Your 3 Month Program Looks Like...
Â
Month 1: Foundation
We assess your current state: movement screen, gait analysis, strength baseline. I build your personalized run and strength program. This is where we identify exactly what is holding you back.
Month 2: Rebuild
Your running volume starts to increase. We are layering in progressive strength work and adjusting your plan based on how you are responding. This is where you start to feel the shift.
Month 3: ReturnÂ
You are running consistently and building toward your goal mileage or race. We refine, troubleshoot, and make sure you have a plan for what comes after the program ends so you stay on track.

The Run Ready Roadmap Guide
This downloadable guide is for the hopeful new runners, the anxious returning runners, the frustrated season runners.
This guide right here? It's FULL of my top recommendations for you to achieve a strong foundation for running.Â
What it is NOT:Â a get fast quick, make running feel easy all the time, super technical layout on changing your running form (people worry about those these too much anyway).
What this IS: A formula to self-assess your readiness for running. Reduce the overwhelm.
You see the long-term potential in your running career, but just need help overcoming the biggest hurdle: The Starting Line.
What's Included:
- 5 Self-test exercises
- Pain management guide (if it comes for you)
- New or returning run/walk program options
- De-mystify strength training
- And sooooo much more!

Frequently Asked Questions
What if this doesn't work for me?
Do you work with insurance?
Is this program fully virtual? Will it actually work?
What kinds of injuries do you work with?
Can you guarantee results?
What if I cannot commit to the program?
Â
Why Virtual is Better for Returning Runners:
You might be wondering if this works as a virtual program. Which is FAIR. Traditionally physical therapy has been a hands on (literally) approach to restoring mobility.Â
But here's the thing... has traditional PT worked to get you back running long distances?
Most runner's issue is not flexibility or lack of range of motion. It's an issue of load capacity and careful programming to build back to long distances (5k and beyond!).
Don't worry, if it sounds like you'd be more appropriate in the care of an In-Person physical therapist, I WILL let you know - I've done this for plenty of other runners who were in need of more hands on therapy.
That's what we'll sort through during a 30 Minute Consultation Call.
You can trust that my goal is your long term health and success. Period.Â
