Registering for a Virtual Running Form Analysis will help give you the insight into whether or not your running form is putting you at risk for injury. After a 30 minute 1:1 video call with Dr. Erin to review a detailed assessment of your running gait, you’ll walk away with 3-5 exercises to address the weak points in your form.

How It Works:

After purchasing, you’ll receive a download with instructions on how to video your unique form. Although a treadmill is preferred, it is NOT required! Email your videos to Dr. Erin and schedule your 30 minute 1:1 video consultation. During this call, Dr. Erin will go over the detailed assessment of your form and describe what should be the primary areas of focus during your 3-5 exercises to strengthen any weak areas.

Have you gotten a form analysis in a running store? Typically that analysis is only viewing your foot positioning to recommend shoe wear. 

This is a MUCH more detailed assessment of your entire body’s mechanics from a Doctor of Physical Therapy who has specialized in running rehabilitation for the last 5+ years.
