Barbells for Runners May 2026
An in-person exercise class led by Dr. Erin Kennedy Dalisay for runners held on May 5th @ 6 PM. Includes 55 minutes of strength, plyometrics, and mobility exercises that can be modified based on your ability. Learn to lift heavy!
