Are you local to Arlington, Virginia and interested in an in-person appointment? This 90 minute long evaluation is a full evaluation of you as a runner with actionable tools to improve.

What to expect in this 90 minute evaluation:

  • In-Depth Interview

    Be heard by a health care provider.
    I’ll spend twenty minutes discussing your running goals with you, including your exercise history and goals for treatment.

  • Strength and Mobility Assessment

    Come ready to get moving!
    A comprehensive initial assessment of your strength and mobility specific to running will be performed to identify areas of improvement.

  • Running Form Assessment

    A video analysis of your running form will be taken on each initial assessment and used to inform how you should proceed with your exercises.

Looking for a personalized program to assist you on your running journey? This Virtual Return to Run Program is for those looking to make their comeback to running under the care of a specialized physical therapist and run coach. Take the guess work out of your recovery!

Did you know training errors are the most common reason for running injuries? Personalized and balanced training plans can help reduce injury risk and help you reach your performance goals. This is for runners who are not currently experiencing pain or recent injury. If this describes you, the Return to Run Program might be for you.

Run Coaching Includes:

  • Individualized training plans

  • Monthly phone calls

  • Full access to your coach via email and text

  • Race strategy recommendations

  • Advice on mentality, strengthening, nutrition and hydration

Focus on you! Your program will be build around you with a goal of performance and healthy running. No matter your experience level, pace range or distance goals - anyone can benefit from a coach.
